We have a self-service check-in and checkout process using codes, so we do not need to meet to exchange keys.
After parking the car in the parking lot, on the right side, you will see the path from the parking lot to the stairs to basement apartment.

House Rules:
• Be considerate to people living upstairs. Keep the television, radio and other noise down.
• Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced.
• Clean any spills up immediately.
• Do not leave trash or food out, it will attract unwanted pests.
• Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets.
• Turn offlights and fans while out to conserve energy.
• No smoking on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $150 charge for extra cleaning and odor removal.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Pets are not allowed. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. $15 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes past check-out without prior approval.
• Laundry facilities are available for stays of more than 5 nights. Please bring your own laundry detergent.

• Notify us immediately about any problems or anything in need of repair.

Check out time is 11:00 AM, You can leave earlier if you wish.

**Please take out the trash (if not empty) and wash the dishes. (Trash- Dark Green and Recycling-Blue bins are located left side of the garage of the house.)

**Please turn off the lights , AC or Heaters. (if on) and lock the door.
** To Lock The Door: hold the lock key for 2 seconds.

Note: The cleaner will arrive at 11 am to prepare the place for next guest.

o Please wash and dry most of the towels and start bed linens if time allows, however you don’t have to fold them.
o Be sure to removetrash.
o Load and turn on dishwasher.
o Turn offlights and fans.
o Close and lockdoors and windows. Leave the Security Screen door UNLOCKED.
