► The building is NOT ADA compliant. It is NOT wheelchair accessible. There are plenty of stairs so pack light. There is an elevator to the fourth floor, but you also must climb a flight of 9 steps to get to the elevator on the first floor (from the lower parking lot), plus 3 sets of 6 steps (a total of 27 steps, divided over 4 stairways) to get to our front door, because of the unique way the complex is terraced up a hillside. Once inside our condo, the only stairs are from the great room to the loft. Our condo is the furthest one from the elevator for the AB buildings, which is good for privacy, but please keep this in mind if you have any accessibility concerns.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
